Blue Sail Medical announced that its subsidiary Lanfan (Shanghai) will set up Zibo Tengyue Medical Technology Co., Ltd. with Mr. Zhu Hu to implement an 800 million per year PVC glove project in Vietnam, laying the foundation for the company's development in the Vietnamese market.

Blue Sail Medical completed the acquisition of 100% equity in NVT AG, a Swiss interventional aortic valve company, for RMB 1.39 billion. The closing date was June 8, 2020.

Blue Sail Medical announced a RMB 3.387 billion investment in a new project with annual capacity of 30 billion nitrile health protection gloves. The Zibo, Shandong portion has 10 billion units capacity, with the remainder outside Shandong or in Belt and Road countries.
