GW Plastics

Nolato has signed an agreement to acquire US-based GW Plastics, a manufacturer of injection-molded thermoplastic and silicone solutions for medical devices and vehicle systems, for approximately SEK 2 billion. GW Plastics has annual sales of SEK 1.8 billion and 1,100 employees across seven plants in the US, Mexico, China and Ireland.

GW Plastics is expanding its GW Silicones affiliate in Royalton, Vermont, with a $2 million investment adding 3,000 ft² of Class 8 cleanroom space for 8-10 new injection-molding machines, to support liquid silicone rubber medical device business growth.
