Nolato

Nolato has signed an agreement to acquire US-based GW Plastics, a manufacturer of injection-molded thermoplastic and silicone solutions for medical devices and vehicle systems, for approximately SEK 2 billion. GW Plastics has annual sales of SEK 1.8 billion and 1,100 employees across seven plants in the US, Mexico, China and Ireland.

Nolato Contour, a precision plastic and silicone injection molding company, will invest $17.9 million to expand its Baldwin, Wisconsin factory, adding 62 jobs, 27,000 square feet, and two clean rooms.
