Rockwell Automation announced the introduction of its VersaView 6300 family of Allen-Bradley industrial computers, following its May 2020 acquisition of ASEM S.p.A. The products will be available starting August 2020.

Rockwell Automation completed the acquisition of ASEM, S.p.A., an Italian provider of Industrial PCs, HMI hardware and software, remote access, and Industrial IoT gateway solutions, to enhance its Control & Visualization portfolio.

Rockwell Automation has entered an agreement to acquire Israel-based cybersecurity solutions provider Avnet Data Security to expand its cybersecurity expertise. Financial terms were not disclosed, and the acquisition is expected to close in early 2020.
