Kalypso LP

Rockwell Automation completed the acquisition of ASEM, S.p.A., an Italian provider of Industrial PCs, HMI hardware and software, remote access, and Industrial IoT gateway solutions, to enhance its Control & Visualization portfolio.

Rockwell Automation signed an agreement to acquire privately-held Kalypso LP, a US-based software delivery and consulting firm specializing in digital transformation for industrial companies. Financial terms were not disclosed.

Rockwell Automation has entered an agreement to acquire Israel-based cybersecurity solutions provider Avnet Data Security to expand its cybersecurity expertise. Financial terms were not disclosed, and the acquisition is expected to close in early 2020.
