iXO Private Equity became the majority shareholder of Exsto, a specialist in polyurethane elastomer parts, through a €20 million investment. The buyout led to the exit of Siparex and Eximium.

French plastics company Exsto has acquired Italian company Cervellati, located near Bologna, to continue its international development.
