Yleiselektroniikka Oyj

Yleiselektroniikka signed an agreement on 17 December 2020 to acquire all shares of PM Nordic AB and Sany Nordic AB, which represent Putzmeister concrete machinery and Sany construction equipment in Sweden. The combined revenue of the acquired companies was about SEK 133 million.

Machinery, part of Yleiselektroniikka Group, signed an agreement to acquire all shares of Muottikolmio Oy from its management and investor group. The deal is expected to close in September-October 2020.

Machinery, part of the Yleiselektroniikka Group, signed an agreement to acquire the entire share capital of Muottikolmio Oy, a Finnish construction industry service company, for approximately EUR 4 million in goodwill. The acquisition strengthens Machinery's product and service range for the construction industry.

Yleiselektroniikka Oyj acquired Machinery Group Oy for EUR 26.2 million. Machinery is a Finnish technical trading company supplying industrial engines, generators, construction machines, tools and machines.

Yleiselektroniikka Oyj signed an agreement to acquire all shares in Machinery Group Oy for a cash consideration of EUR 18.750 million. The acquisition is conditional on approval by an extraordinary general meeting expected on 2 March 2020.
