AMRO Fabricating Corporation, Aerospace Engineering Corp. and AAE Aerospace have partnered with private equity firm Trive Capital to form Karman Space & Defense, a new platform for manufacturing complex systems for space, missile and hypersonic markets.

Trive Capital partnered with the senior leadership teams of Aerospace Engineering Corp. and AMRO Fabricating Corporation to create Karman Missile & Space Systems, a new platform company focused on manufacturing complex systems for space, missile, interceptor and hypersonic markets. The combined entity operates three centers in greater Los Angeles.

AMRO Fabricating Corporation, a supplier of aluminum and titanium components for aerospace, has expanded its capabilities with the addition of new machining equipment to improve efficiency and diversify its product base.
