Yanmar Energy System Europe GmbH

Yanmar Energy System Europe GmbH merged with KKU Concept GmbH, Eschenfelder Kälte-, Klima- und Umwelttechnik GmbH, and Eschenfelder KKU Services GmbH, all based in Marl, Germany. The merger was approved on Aug. 29, 2019, and the capital was increased to €151,152.

Yanmar announced the establishment of Yanmar Energy System Europe GmbH (YESE), a full-service energy company headquartered in Marl, Germany, to provide gas-powered generation and HVAC solutions in Europe. The company follows the acquisition of the Eschenfelder KKU Group in April 2019.

Yanmar Energy System Europe GmbH merged with KKU Concept GmbH, Eschenfeld refrigeration, air conditioning and environmental technology GmbH, and Eschenfelder KKU Services GmbH, all based in Marl, Germany. The share capital was increased to EUR 151,152.
