DFI Inc. approved a joint venture on September 23, 2019, to invest NT$460 million to acquire a 20.49% stake in Ace Pillar Co. through a private placement, including Ace Pillar's dealerships with 30 key components brands in Taiwan, Japan and Europe.

Qisda (Jia Shida) plans to invest TWD 2.5 billion to expand its smart factory in Guishan, Taoyuan, adding production lines for display, communication and optical products. The expansion will create over 900 jobs.
