Vitrulan Group

Vitrulan Group, part of ADCURAM, is acquiring the glass fiber reinforcement business unit of Ahlstrom-Munksjö, with around 100 employees in Mikkeli, Finland, and annual turnover of about EUR 30 million.

Vitrulan Group is investing around EUR 6 million in the purchase of new production systems for both facilities by 2020. Several new weaving machines, winders and creels have already been acquired.
