DiloGroup has put into operation a newly developed high capacity 3.8 metre working width carding installation at Kisbu A.S. in Muratli, Turkey, designed to produce technical nonwovens for medical, hygiene, industrial and automotive applications.

Dilo received an order from Foss Floors to supply a complete Dilo needlepunch line for the production of floor covering felts, including opening and blending line, carding machine, crosslapper, and needlelooms.

DiloGroup concluded two orders for machine deliveries to Turkey at Techtextil Frankfurt. One complete line will be delivered to Merkas Tekstil in February 2018, and another to Hassan Tekstil in March 2018.

DiloGroup has made its HyperTex installation, which produces reinforced multi-layer needlefelts using a Turbotex scrim fabric machine from Ontec automation GmbH, ready for presentations and trials at its Textile Research Centre in Eberbach, Germany.

Huafon Microfiber Co. Ltd. has placed orders for 10 complete needling lines from DiloGroup for its new plant in Qidong, Jiangsu, China. Six lines are already in production, two are being installed, and two are scheduled for shipment in the first half of 2017.
