Axonex Intelligence

Axonex Intelligence Limited, a subsidiary of Mint Incorporation, entered into a joint venture agreement with Synergy Technology Group Limited to establish Axonex Automation Limited, focused on commercializing digital twin and drone flight control technologies in Hong Kong and selected overseas markets. Axonex will hold 80% equity and commit up to HK$ 20 million.
