Ascendent Capital Partners will acquire all outstanding shares of Hollysys Automation Technologies for USD1.66 billion, or USD26.50 per share in cash. The deal has been approved by 86.94% of Hollysys shareholders and is subject to regulatory approval.

Hollysys Automation Technologies has agreed to be acquired by Ascendent Capital Partners in an all-cash transaction valued at approximately US$1.66 billion, or US$26.50 per share. The deal was unanimously approved by Hollysys' board.
