Ross-shire Engineering (RSE) recently opened a 28,000sq ft manufacturing centre in Dewsbury, Yorkshire, to support growth in England.

Ross-shire Engineering (RSE) plans to conclude three acquisitions within months, including one of similar size to its recent majority stake in Aciem, as part of a growth strategy to exceed £250m annual turnover.

Scottish engineering contractor RSE (Ross-shire Engineering) is acquiring a majority shareholding in Saftronics, a specialist in process control systems and LV switchboards. The deal will see RSE take a majority equity share while retaining the Saftronics management team.
