Scottish engineering contractor RSE (Ross-shire Engineering) is acquiring a majority shareholding in Saftronics, a specialist in process control systems and LV switchboards. The deal will see RSE take a majority equity share while retaining the Saftronics management team.

Scottish engineering contractor RSE has acquired a majority shareholding in Leeds-based Saftronics, a specialist in process control systems and LV switchboards. Saftronics employs 110 people at a 2,400 m2 facility.
