Izhorskiye Transformatory to build transformer plant in Russia
Izhorskiye Transformatory (a joint venture between Power Machines and Toshiba) will build a high-voltage transformer plant in Russia with investments over RUB 5 billion. Commissioning is planned by end of 2013, serial production in 2014.
