Electroshield Samara

The Russian Direct Investment Fund (RDIF) and Schneider Electric have agreed to establish a joint venture to invest at least $47 million in Russian electrical equipment manufacturer Electroshield Samara. The investment will fund modernization and new equipment development.

The Russian Direct Investment Fund and Schneider Electric have agreed to invest up to RUR 3 billion in Electroshield Samara, a Russian electrical equipment manufacturer, for modernization and expansion.
