Element Solutions Inc

Element Solutions, parent of MacDermid Enthone Industrial Solutions, acquired DMP Corporation, a provider of wastewater treatment and recycle/reuse solutions. DMP will be combined with ESI's Chemtech metals recycling business to form MacDermid Envio Solutions.

Element Solutions Inc, owner of MacDermid Alpha, will acquire Kester, a solder producer, from ITW effective December 2, 2019. The acquisition includes Kester facilities in the US, Germany and Singapore.

Element Solutions Inc announced on October 28, 2025, that it has signed a definitive agreement to acquire Micromax from Celanese Corporation for approximately $500 million in cash. The transaction is expected to close in Q1 2026.
