Westinghouse Electric Company signed a definitive agreement to acquire 50% of Spanish engineering company Tecnatom from Iberdrola and Naturgy, and will co-own and co-manage it with Endesa through a joint venture.

Vestas has secured a 58 MW deal with Global Power Generation (Naturgy Group) for the Crookwell 3 Wind Farm in New South Wales, Australia. Vestas will supply and install 16 V126-3.45 MW wind turbines and deliver a 15-year service agreement. Delivery is expected in Q2 2022, with commissioning in Q4 2022.

ZIV has been awarded two contracts for the supply, configuration and commissioning of protection, control and communications systems for the Torozos wind farm substations (East and West) and the La Mudarra collector substation in Valladolid, Spain, promoted by Naturgy.
