IRRAS

ClearPoint Neuro announced an agreement to acquire IRRAS Holdings, a San Diego-based medical technology company focused on neurocritical care, including the IRRAflow system for intracranial fluid management. The deal adds over 50 active customers and 10 patent families.

IRRAS AB acquired assets and intellectual property from DermaPort, Inc., associated with AMI-USC, including complementary medical device technology for neurocritical care. IRRAS also established a collaborative relationship with AMI-USC.
