Gurutzpe

Inzu Group, the industrial holding company of Kutxa Fundazioa, has completed the acquisition of Geminis and its subsidiary Mekalerun from Maher Holding. The deal combines Geminis with Gurutzpe to create a new benchmark in horizontal lathes and advanced machine tools, with combined revenues of approximately €70 million.

Gurutzpe delivered the GHD40, the largest horizontal numerical control multitasking lathe ever built in the Basque Country, capable of machining parts up to 4 meters in diameter and 120 tonnes, for machining power generation turbine rotors.
