Mateco

German rental group Mateco has acquired aerial lift and telehandler rental company Induma Rent.

mateco, a Spanish aerial platform and forklift rental company, acquired 100% of Meifus Machinery SA, which operates Elevaciones RAMA, a leading aerial platform rental company in Galicia, Spain. The acquisition adds a fleet of over 1,500 units and 65 employees.

Belgian rental company TVH Equipment, part of the Mateco group, has acquired aerial lift sales and rental company Rentalift BV from Van den Dorpe handling Equipment. Rentalift is based in Izegem, Belgium.

TVH Group restructured ownership: Vanhalst family owns 100% of Mateco, Thermote family owns 60% of TVH Parts, and the remaining 40% of TVH Parts is open to an external partner such as an international asset manager, pension fund, or large family.

Mateco Spain has acquired 100 percent of the shares in Afron Capital, the holding company of Spanish aerial lift and crane sales and rental company Afron, expanding its coverage in Spain and Latin America.
