Trigon Metals signed an agreement with Tulela Mining & Construction to provide open pit mining services at the Kombat Mine in Namibia, with equipment mobilization starting in August 2021 and mining planned to commence by October 2021.

Shandong Xinhai Mining Technology & Equipment has completed an independent technical study on Trigon Metals' Kombat project in Namibia, advancing a non-binding MOU to invest up to 10% of capital requirements and assist in securing debt financing for restarting production.

Trigon Metals signed a non-binding MoU for Shandong Xinhai Mining Technology and Equipment to invest up to 10% of the capital requirements of the Kombat project in Namibia, in exchange for equity. Xinhai will also assist in securing up to 80% additional debt financing.
