Sharda Motor Industries reported cumulative new annual orders worth USD 11.7 million during Q3 FY26, including a control arms order with annual revenue of USD 3 million, two lightweighting orders from passenger vehicle OEMs worth USD 5 million combined, and export orders worth USD 3.7 million from a North American engine manufacturer.

Sharda Motor Industries Limited announced plans to build a new manufacturing facility in Uttarakhand with an investment of approximately INR 200 million. The plant will have modular and scalable capacity and is expected to reach high utilisation within FY27.

Eberspaecher and Sharda Motor have formed a 50:50 joint venture, Eberspaecher Sharda Exhaust Technology, to develop, produce and sell exhaust aftertreatment systems for Indian commercial vehicle manufacturers. Two new plants will be launched in Pune and Northern India, with first production in the second half of 2019.
