Remsons India signed a strategic technical license agreement with AUSUS Automotive Systems do Brasil LTDA to license proprietary technologies to support Brazilian OEMs.

Remsons Automotive, a step-down subsidiary of Remsons Industries, received a purchase order worth Rs 80 crore from Ford Otosan for supplying spare wheel winches, to be completed within 10 years.

Remsons Industries Ltd has secured an order worth approximately ₹300 crore (USD 35 million) from Stellantis North America to supply critical components for Jeep Wrangler, RAM, Smart car and three-wheeler platforms. The order is to be executed over seven years starting from the next financial year.

Remsons Industries Ltd. has entered into a 50:50 joint venture with Daiichi Infotainment Systems to develop advanced automotive electronics for the Indian market.
