Sabancı Holding

Çimsa, a subsidiary of Sabancı Holding, signed a binding agreement to acquire CEMEX's Buñol White Cement Plant in Valencia, Spain for $180 million. The sale is expected to close in the second half of 2019.

Kordsa, a subsidiary of Sabanci Holding, has agreed to acquire Axiom Materials, a supplier of advanced composites. The acquisition is subject to regulatory approvals.
