Richardson International

Richardson International Limited announced a significant investment to expand its oat mill in Bedford, England, increasing processing capacity by up to 35%. Construction begins spring 2021 and is expected to be completed in 2025.

Richardson International completed the installation of four new automated grain handling trippers at its North Vancouver port terminal, designed and built by LNS Services. The upgrades improve efficiency and capacity at the facility.

Conagra Brands entered into a definitive agreement with Richardson International to divest the Wesson oil brand. The transaction is expected to be finalized by the end of Q1 2019.
