Ag Growth International

Ag Growth International (AGI) acquired the Sabe Group Companies, a provider of processing solutions for food, pet food, animal feed, fertilizer and biomass industries, based in Chauché, France.

Ag Growth International Inc. (AGI) has acquired 100% of the shares of Danmare Group Inc. and its affiliate Danmare, Inc., which provides engineering solutions and project management services for automated food processing systems. Danmare's sales were $6.4 million and adjusted EBITDA $1.7 million in its last fiscal year.

Ag Growth International (AGI) acquired CMC Industrial Electronics, a supplier of hazard monitoring sensors, and Junge Control Inc., a manufacturer of automation and blending systems for agriculture and fuel industries.

Yargus Manufacturing, Inc., a manufacturer of Layco brand fertilizer and industrial material handling equipment, has agreed to sell its manufacturing operation to Ag Growth International, Inc.
