Laterlite

Laterlite inaugurated a new production plant in Lentella (Chieti), Italy, dedicated to pre-dosed concrete, including Calcestruzzo Fibrato 35 Gras Calce for structural use.

Laterlite signed an agreement to acquire 100% of Premix, a Sicilian producer of premixed mortars for construction, effective from July 1, 2023.

Laterlite announced the acquisition of 100% of Ruregold, a company specialized in reinforcing concrete and masonry structures. The deal aims to expand Laterlite's product range and distribution network in the building materials sector.
