Conch Cement

Conch Cement (海螺水泥) will acquire a 51% stake in Wuhu South Cement (芜湖南方水泥) and about 400 million yuan in debt from the transferor, as per an internal source.

Conch Cement's subsidiaries Jining Conch and China Factory signed EPC contracts worth CNY 154.3 million with Conch Design Institute for SCR denitrification retrofits on clinker production lines. Separately, Conch Cement signed a CNY 89.07 million engineering design and technical service contract with Conch Design Institute for clinker lines, cement grinding systems, aggregates and concrete projects.

Conch Cement (00914) signed a cement grinding aid procurement contract with Conch New Materials Company, effective from February 14, 2019 to December 31, 2019, with an estimated total transaction amount of no more than 840 million RMB.

Conch Cement announced on January 3, 2019 that it signed a cement sales contract with Jiangsu Conch Building Materials, with an estimated total transaction value of no more than RMB 2.5 billion, and a materials purchase contract for fly ash and desulfurized gypsum, with an estimated total transaction value of no more than RMB 21.2 million.
