Jiangsu Conch Building Materials

Anhui Conch has entered into a new cement sale and purchase agreement with Jiangsu Conch Building Materials worth US$364 million for 7.5Mt of cement products in 2019.

Conch Cement announced on January 3, 2019 that it signed a cement sales contract with Jiangsu Conch Building Materials, with an estimated total transaction value of no more than RMB 2.5 billion, and a materials purchase contract for fly ash and desulfurized gypsum, with an estimated total transaction value of no more than RMB 21.2 million.

Anhui Conch has signed a cement sale and purchase agreement with Jiangsu Conch Building Materials, worth around US$230m, for Conch subsidiaries to sell 3.5Mt of cement products to Jiangsu.
