Elgaugol

Uralmashzavod (UZTM) and IZ-KARTEX received a contract from ElgaUgol to supply 15 electric mining excavators EKG-20 for the Elga coal deposit in Yakutia. The deal is worth about 9 billion rubles, with delivery scheduled for 2021-2022.

Elgaugol is assembling two powerful excavators at its Elga coal complex, supplied by Uralmashzavod. Investment totaled 1.8 billion rubles. The EKG-18 excavator will be completed in late January 2019, and the ESh 20-90 C excavator is scheduled for commissioning in June 2019.
