Peters Surgical

Advanced Medical Solutions Group has received regulatory approval to acquire Peters Surgical, a European provider of specialty surgical products. The acquisition is expected to complete on July 1, 2024, with an initial cash payment of €132.5 million.

Eurazeo has signed an agreement to sell its entire stake in Peters Surgical to Advanced Medical Solutions Group plc. The transaction would generate gross proceeds of approximately €66 million for Eurazeo.

Advanced Medical Solutions Group plc has entered into an agreement to acquire Peters Surgical, a provider of specialty surgical sutures and devices, for a total maximum cash consideration of €141.4 million. The transaction is expected to complete at the end of June 2024.

CHRU de Montpellier awarded a contract to Peters Surgical for the supply of hemostatic surgical medical devices, valued at EUR 1,406,698. The contract was published on August 17, 2021.

Peters Surgical invested over 5 million euros to expand its manufacturing facility in Manesar, India, increasing surgical suture production capacity from 9 million to 33 million per year.
