Adiwale Fund I acquired a minority stake in Codex SA, a Senegalese lifting services provider operating the largest mobile crane fleet in Senegal. The capital injection will fund new equipment and regional expansion.

Codex GmbH opened a new tile adhesive manufacturing plant in Ulm's Donautal district after 15 months of construction, with production capacity of about 1,600 bags per hour.
