Instalco

Instalco acquires DynaMate AB's technical installations division (electrical, plumbing, ventilation) from Scania subsidiary DynaMate. The division has annual revenue of about SEK 135 million and 50 employees.

Instalco's subsidiary Elektro-Centralen acquired 100% of Häggstrands Elinstallationer AB, a Partille-based electrical installation company with 13 employees and annual revenue of about SEK 10 million. The acquisition strengthens Elektro-Centralen's presence in the Gothenburg region.

Sveriges Radio Förvaltnings AB awarded Instalco's subsidiary VVS Kraft a SEK 25 million contract to rebuild the central cooling system at SVT, SR, UR and Berwaldhallen in Stockholm. The project includes three new cooling centers and is to be completed by spring 2020.
