Sweden-based industrial distributor Ahlsell signed an agreement to acquire all shares in Proseal, a specialist industrial sales and maintenance company focused on flow technology.

Swedish industrial distributor Ahlsell has signed an agreement to acquire all shares in Proseal, a flow technology sales and maintenance company with about SEK60 million in revenue and 22 employees. The deal is expected to close in June 2026.

Ahlsell Sverige signed an agreement to acquire all shares in Richard Magnusson AB (RIMA), a Gothenburg gasket supplier with about SEK 37 million turnover and eleven employees. The deal strengthens Ahlsell's flow technology offering and is expected to close in March 2026.

Swedish distributor Ahlsell AB signed an agreement to acquire Norway's Intec Pumper AS, which has annual sales of NOK200 million and offers pumping solutions for water and wastewater. The deal is subject to approval by the Norwegian Competition Authority.

Ahlsell agreed in June 2017 to acquire the Swedish VA distributor ViaCon VA, with annual revenue of about 320 MSEK, and the Swedish Competition Authority has now approved the deal. Takeover is expected in early November 2017.
