Bravida

Bravida Denmark agreed to acquire all shares in ICS Industrial Cooling Systems, a Danish refrigeration company with 67 employees and offices in Roskilde and Vojens. The acquisition requires approval from Danish competition authorities.

Bravida has acquired AB Venair, a leading HVAC company in Stockholm with estimated sales of SEK 200 million in 2019. The acquisition strengthens Bravida's HVAC offering in the Stockholm area.

Bravida has signed an agreement to acquire Karby VVS AB, a plumbing and energy solutions company in Sigtuna, Märsta and Arlanda area. Karby VVS has 14 employees and a turnover of approximately SEK 42 million. Bravida takes over as owner in early September 2019.

Bravida acquired Herberts Rör AB, an HVAC service and installation company with 37 employees and SEK 56 million turnover in 2018. The acquisition strengthens Bravida's position in Bohuslän, Sweden.

Bravida is acquiring Carrier Refrigeration Sweden's service operations in Stockholm, Göteborg and Malmö. The business has 37 employees and annual sales of approximately SEK 50 million.

Bravida is acquiring Lindsténs Elektriska AB, an electrical services company with 137 employees and annual sales of about SEK 200 million. The acquisition strengthens Bravida's electrical offering in Skåne, Sweden.

Bravida has acquired Finnish company Hangö Elektriska (Hangon Sähkö Oy), which provides electricity and HVAC solutions. The company has 90 employees and annual sales of SEK 160 million.
