JB Switchgear Solutions has been awarded a contract by DRA Global for the design and manufacture of containerised substations for a rutile mine in Sierra Leone.

Kalium Lakes has awarded four contracts worth over $60 million for its $216 million Beyondie Sulphate of Potash Project in Western Australia. Contracts include K-UTEC and Ebner for the Key Purification Plant, DRA Global for EPCM, Maschinenfabrik Koppern for a compaction plant, and Firm Construction for safety implementation. Construction will take 15 months with production scheduled to begin in 2020.

DRA Global has been awarded the Front-End Engineering Design (FEED) contract by Hastings Technology Metals for the Yangibana Rare Earths Project in Western Australia. The first phase of the processing plant is expected to be completed by end of December 2018.
