Allied London and Lendlease announced four contractors (NG Bailey, HE Simm, SES Engineering Services, Briggs & Forrester) for a £100 million MEP framework for the £1.25 billion St John's development in Manchester.

Balfour Beatty and NG Bailey, along with Altrad, Doosan Babcock, and Cavendish Nuclear, formed a joint venture to deliver mechanical, electrical, and heating and ventilation (MEH) work at the Hinkley Point C nuclear plant in Somerset, UK.
