SES Engineering Services

Allied London and Lendlease announced four contractors (NG Bailey, HE Simm, SES Engineering Services, Briggs & Forrester) for a £100 million MEP framework for the £1.25 billion St John's development in Manchester.

SES Engineering Services was appointed to deliver a new £10.7m cryogenic facility, warehouse, and protective coatings laboratory for Akzo Nobel at its Gateshead site, with work starting in October 2018.

SES Engineering Services has been appointed to provide mechanical and electrical services on the York Stadium Leisure Complex and a custody suite in Lincoln, with combined contract value of £10.6 million.

SES Engineering Services has won a contract worth over £20 million to deliver mechanical and electrical design and installation services for E.ON Connecting Energies' largest combined heat and power project in the UK, at a soft drinks bottling plant in Rugby. The first steam generator is being installed in July 2018, with a power-on date of November 1, 2018, and completion in early 2019.

SES Engineering Services secured a £3 million contract to work on the Akzo Nobel research centre in Gateshead, UK, including a cryogenic facility, warehouse, and laboratory refurbishment.

Coolair Equipment Ltd was awarded a contract worth almost £1 million by SES Engineering Services to supply and install Mitsubishi Electric VRF air conditioning systems for Bet365's new office in Stoke-on-Trent, UK.
