Samsung C&T won a $790 million order for the third phase of the WestConnex underpass in Sydney, Australia, with construction starting in September 2018 and completion by June 2023.

Horbury Facades secured a £3 million contract from Lendlease to install a brick and terracotta facade on Highwood Garden Terrace, part of the West Grove residential development at Elephant Park in south London. The package is due to complete in September 2018.

The Victorian Government awarded the €3.9 billion (A$6 billion) Tunnel and Stations Package for Melbourne's Metro Tunnel to the Cross Yarra Partnership consortium, which includes Bouygues Construction. Financial close occurred on December 18, 2017.

Adelaide Brighton signed an agreement with Lendlease to supply premixed concrete, cement, slag, aggregates and sand for the $985 million Northern Connector Project in South Australia, expected to generate $20 million in revenue.

A joint venture of Lendlease and Turner Construction was selected to build the $1.5 billion expansion of the Jacob K. Javits Convention Center in New York City. The contract was announced on February 2, 2017.

Lendlease awarded Stanmore Contractors a contract for external facade finishes, internal drylining, ceiling and screeding packages at the Elephant Park regeneration project in London. Work commenced in November 2016 with completion in 2018.
