AerSale Corp., backed by Leonard Green & Partners, has completed its business combination with Monocle Acquisition Corp., a SPAC. The combined company will trade on Nasdaq under the ticker 'ASLE' starting December 23, 2020.

Monocle Acquisition Corporation and AerSale Corp. announced a revised merger agreement with an enterprise value of approximately $300 million. The combined company will be named AerSale Corporation and is expected to close in Q4 2020.

RBC Bearings announced the divestiture of its wholly-owned subsidiary Avborne Accessory Group to AerSale for $21.5 million, subject to working capital adjustments.

AerSale announced the launch of a new business unit, AerSale Parts Manufacturing, in Roswell, New Mexico. The facility is a 17,000-square-foot FAA-approved manufacturing plant for commercial and military aircraft parts.
