Pibiplast

Lumson, a cosmetic packaging maker, agreed to acquire packaging company Pibiplast from private equity firm Ambienta for €350 million. The deal creates a large European packaging group.

Private equity funds managed by L Catterton and Ambienta sgr will take control of Pibiplast, a cosmetics and personal care plastic packaging maker based in Correggio, Italy. The Bosi family will retain a minority stake. The deal value was not disclosed.
