LISI Automotive

LISI AUTOMOTIVE, part of LISI Group, signed an agreement to acquire 100% of the assets of Hi-Vol Products LLC, a US manufacturer of mechanical safety components for the automotive industry. The deal is expected to close by end of September 2018.

LISI AUTOMOTIVE commissioned a new 5,600 m² factory in Monterrey, Mexico, 3 km from its old site, inaugurated on July 4, 2018, expanding production capacities for automotive plastic parts and electric parking brake mechanisms.

LISI AUTOMOTIVE signed a strategic sales contract to manufacture braking components at its Mexican plant in Monterrey for ZF, with initial deliveries expected in spring 2019.

LISI Automotive entered a binding agreement to acquire 51% of TERMAX LLC, a manufacturer of metal and plastic fastening systems for automotive interiors, with facilities in Lake Zurich (Illinois), Suzhou (China), and Queretaro (Mexico). The transaction is expected to close in Q4 2017.
