Celestica, Inc. completed its acquisition of Atrenne Integrated Solutions, Inc., gaining expertise in ruggedized electromechanical solutions for military and commercial aerospace applications.

Celestica, Inc. has entered into a definitive agreement to acquire Atrenne Integrated Solutions, Inc., a designer and manufacturer of ruggedized electromechanical solutions for aerospace and defense, for $139 million in cash. The acquisition is expected to close in Q2 2018.

Celestica completed the purchase of business assets of Lorenz, Inc. and Suntek Manufacturing Technologies (Karel Manufacturing), gaining manufacturing assets in Mexicali, Mexico and Calexico, California, and adding aerospace and defense capabilities.
