Nova Ltd. announced the opening of a new manufacturing facility and office in Bad Urach, Germany, doubling the capacity of its Chemical Metrology Division. The site combines manufacturing with an R&D center.

Bolton at Home awarded a contract for the supply of composite doors to Nova Group Limited on November 29, 2024. The total awarded value is £1,983,110.

Nova entered a definitive agreement to acquire ancosys GmbH, a provider of chemical analysis and metrology solutions for semiconductor manufacturing, in an all-cash transaction valued at approximately $100 million.

In December 2020, Russian road construction company Nova received nine new Komatsu excavators (models PC400, PC300, and PC210) from distributor KOMEK for work on oil and gas field transport infrastructure in the Arctic.

Nova has announced that a major foundry placed an order for its VeraFlex advanced X-Ray metrology solution for 5nm technology node, expecting more than $12 million in aggregate business from this customer across 2018 and 2019.
