Valens Semiconductor to go public via merger with PTK Acquisition Corp.
Valens Semiconductor, a provider of high-speed connectivity solutions, will merge with SPAC PTK Acquisition Corp. in a deal valued at $1.16 billion. The combined company will list on the NYSE under the symbol VLN.
