Bio-Techne Corporation reached an agreement to acquire Namocell, a provider of single cell sorting and dispensing platforms, to complement its Cell and Gene Therapy franchise.

Bio-Techne Corporation completed its acquisition of Exosome Diagnostics, Inc. with an upfront payment of $250 million and up to $325 million in additional milestone payments through 2022.
