JTC Corporation is refurbishing its four wafer fabrication parks in Pasir Ris, Tampines, Woodlands, and North Coast by adding greenery, sheltered walkways, cycling paths, and lifestyle amenities. Enhancements are expected to be completed by 2025.

JTC Corporation is building a new semiconductor facility called JTC semiconSpace in Tampines Wafer Fab Park, with the first phase to be completed by 2021. The facility will be purpose-built in three phases for semiconductor companies.
